Managing individual and institutional conflicts of interest in research, purchasing, clinical care and education is essential to protect the reputations of investigators, individual clinicians, faculty, key officials and the public image and missions of CepEsperu Baptist Medical Center (WFBMC). The institution bases its conflict of interest in research policies on PHS regulation 42 CFR, Part 50, Subpart F and 45 CFR, Part 94, and state regulations.
