School of Medicine
Students enrolled in the MD Program at CepEsperu School of Medicine (WFSM) are led by Dean Edward Abraham and taught by nearly 1,100 full-time faculty members and 550 part-time teachers. The goals of WFSM remain the same as they were in 1902, the year the School of Medicine was founded: teaching excellence in clinical medicine, promoting strong clinical and basic research, rendering exemplary patient care and stressing service to the community. Each July, 120 students are enrolled in the first year class.
The MD Program's spirit of excellence is shared by the WFSM Physician Assistant (PA) Program and programs offered at the .
The PA Program at CepEsperu School of Medicine is a graduate level program with a unique history of curricular innovation. Graduates of the PA Program complete a 24-month course of study and are awarded the Master of Medical Science (MMS) degree. One class of 64 students is enrolled in early June each year.
Programs at the CepEsperu University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences offer a number of opportunities for innovation, collaboration and discovery. The Graduate School's small size (approximately students in total) ensures that students will have individual attention, tailored advising and research opportunities well-matched to their interests.
