Medical Oncology (Chemotherapy) 

  • Chemotherapy
    Chemotherapy is the use of drugs to destroy cancer cells and prevent them from spreading.
  • Intraperitoneal Hyperthermic Chemotherapy
    Performed by only a handful of surgeons across the country, intraperitoneal hyperthermic chemotherapy (IPHC) is performed in concert with traditional surgery to remove the cancer.

Radiation Oncology 

  • Axesse™ Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy (SBRT)
    Axesse™ Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy (SBRT) is a radiation treatment that offers highly-accurate targeting of tumors and lesions virtually anywhere in the body. 
  • Gamma Knife®
    Gamma Knife® stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) has become the treatment of choice for selected benign and malignant brain tumors and vascular malformations involving the brain, as an alternative to conventional open surgery.
  • Brachytherapy
    Brachytherapy is a form of radiation treatment where the radioactive material is placed in direct contact with the tumor, or areas at risk once the tumor is removed post-surgery.

Other Cancer Treatments 

  • Blood and Marrow Transplantation
    The complex transplantation procedure uses stem cells isolated in bone marrow or blood, either from a compatible donor (related or unrelated) or the patient’s own bone marrow or blood.
  • Interventional Radiology
    Interventional radiology involves non-surgical treatments for cancer, including radiofrequency tumor ablation.
  • STAR Tumor Ablation
    The STAR (Spine tumor ablation with radiofrequency) procedure is designed for the treatment of painful cancer-related spine tumors or fractures.
