Outpatient clinical nutrition therapy involves the assessment of nutritional needs of neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric age groups and culturally diverse populations based on disease specific needs so that medical care is optimized. Consultation with your referring and primary care physicians is integral to developing a comprehensive nutritional plan of care.
