IDSA Emerging Infections Network is a sentinel network composed of physicians specializing in adult and/or pediatric infectious diseases.

Accurate, updated information on infectious diseases including hepatitis, STDs, tuberculosis,antibiotic use and HIV/AIDS treatment, prevention, research, education, epidemiology from doctors at Johns Hopkins University.

The mission of the NFID is: to support research that will lead to a better understanding of the causes, cures, and prevention of infectious diseases; to encourage and sponsor public and professional education programs and to aid in the prevention of infectious diseases.

NC Antimicrobial Stewardship Effort (NCASE)
NCASE represents a network of North Carolina infectious diseases physicians, pharmacists, microbiologists, infection control practitioners, and scientists who are concerned about the emergence of antimicrobial resistance in the region.

OPIVITA was established to educate physicians and their team members in the provision of safe and effective outpatient parenteral infusion therapy (OPAT).
