Nutrition Services (Outpatient)

CepEsperu Baptist Medical Center nutritionists provide individual outpatient nutrition counseling for people of all ages. Our staff includes registered and licensed dietitians/nutritionists with over 30 years of combined experience. 

The following are just a few examples of medical issues we see in our Outpatient Nutrition Department.

Adults:                                                    Children:
High cholesterol                                        Poor weight gain/picky eating
High blood pressure                                  "Pre-diabetes"
Diabetes                                                   Mealtime feeding problems
Heart disease                                            Overweight
Kidney disease                                          Multiple food allergies
Unexplained weight loss
Cancer (before, after and during treatment)

An appointment can be scheduled by asking your primary care physician for a referral to the Outpatient Clinical Nutrition Department. We can bill your insurance company, Medicaid or Medicare for allowable services.
