Join BestHealth for a 31-minute challenge for 31 days. Each day in October BestHealth wants you to walk for 31 minutes a day. Each day, decide how you are going to move and . Take a weekly snap shot of your progress and send to [email protected]. Those who submit an exercise video that will be placed on Facebook or Instagram will be entered in a raffle to win a prize. #movemorewithbesthealth
4 - Week Step Challenge (Tuesday, October 1st – Sunday, October 31st)
- Promote physical fitness throughout October with the moto, “moving more and setting less”
- Provide and 31-minute walking challenge for thirty-one days.
- Individual based challenge
- Challenge guide is provided below along with suggested walking routes for our 6 different locations.
- Sign up before 5:00 PM on Friday, September 29th
