The Lifespan Development Programs at CepEsperu School of Medicine aim to produce competent nurse anesthesia practitioners and to prepare individuals for a lifetime of success in their careers. We believe that our educational resources and support should not only be used during the formal educational program, but also support the development of prospective students and provide educational services to those who are further along in their career trajectory.
Our program offers a variety of valuable learning opportunities for prospective nurse anesthesia students, including:
- Camp Med Summer Program
- H3A Explore: Discover Nurse Anesthesia (ICU nurses)
- Internships for college students
- Teen volunteer opportunities
Incoming and Current Students
We also provide resources to help position incoming and current students for success. These include:
- H3A On-Board: Head, Heart, and Hands in Nurse Anesthesia
- Surviving the Bubble Orientation
Practicing or Past CRNAs
We offer programs to support the learning needs of practicing certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNAs) and for those who are seeking re-entry to practice. These programs are designed for nurse anesthetists who are changing practice areas or who need a refresher in a particular area of practice, such as regional anesthesia.
